14-day free trial

You can try a paid plan for 14 days before you pay. The trial exists for the paid plans; the Basic plan is free and does not need one.

Who can use it

Each email address is entitled to a single free trial for life, on the paid plan it chooses. It does not repeat or restart: changing plans during the trial keeps the same end date, and subscribing again after cancelling is a new subscription, without a trial. If you sign in with Google, the same email counts.

How to start it

Only the business owner can subscribe to a plan.

  1. Open "Plan and billing" in the business menu.
  2. In the "Plans" section, choose the plan you want to try and press "Start 14-day trial".
  3. In Paddle's secure payment, our merchant of record, register your payment method. The trial requires it, but nothing is charged while it lasts. Seika never sees or stores your card details.
  4. Wait for the confirmation on screen: once it arrives, the plan is active in trial mode with all its benefits.

If you already used your trial with that email, Seika tells you and lets you subscribe to the plan without a trial, with "Subscribe without trial".

What happens during the trial

You have the limits and features of the plan you chose. Under "Plan and billing" you see the exact date the trial ends, in your business's time zone.

What happens when it ends

If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan price is charged automatically. You can see the date of the first charge before you confirm and under "Plan and billing". In addition, three days before, we notify you in the notification center, with the charge date and how to cancel.

How to cancel in time

  1. Open "Plan and billing".
  2. Press "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

During the trial the cancellation is immediate: your business goes back to the Basic plan, nothing is charged and you lose none of your data; only the limits change to those of the Basic plan.
