Paid plans can be tried at no charge. Here is how it works:
- Each email address gets a single free trial for life, on the paid plan you choose. Changing plans during the trial does not restart or extend it.
- You need to register a payment method to start. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan price is charged automatically. Before you confirm you see the date of the first charge and, three days before, we notify you in the app.
- You can cancel at any time from "Plan and billing". If you cancel during the trial, your business goes back to the Basic plan with no charge and without losing your data.
The Basic plan is free and has no trial.
Taxes and payments
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include taxes.
Paddle acts as our merchant of record: it processes the payment, calculates and manages taxes, and handles questions about payments and returns.
The final price in your local currency is shown at checkout, before you confirm the payment.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I reach the appointment limit?
We warn you before you get there. When the cycle reaches the limit you cannot create or confirm new appointments; the ones already confirmed are honored as usual. You can upgrade your plan or buy an add-on to keep receiving appointments.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from "Plan and billing". Upgrading takes effect immediately, prorated. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for and, until then, you keep your plan's benefits. You never lose your data: if you exceed the new plan's limits, what already exists is kept and you cannot add more until you are back under the limit.
How do add-ons work?
An add-on is a one-month pass that adds to your plan's limits. It does not renew on its own: when it expires, you go back to your plan's limits.
What does "Coming soon" mean?
The feature is not available yet. It is not included in the plan or sold as an add-on until it launches; for example, WhatsApp notifications.
Do my clients pay too?
No. Only businesses pay for a plan. People who book appointments never pay to use Seika.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, under our refund policy, which has the deadlines and how to request one. Refunds are carried out by Paddle.
